Personal data collected on moncompte.campus-allemagne.org is processed by Kamerunische Gemeinschaft in Deutschland e.V. (KAGEDEV), Gutekunststraße 5, 71296 Heimsheim, Germany — support@campus-allemagne.org.

Data collected

During registration and the completion of your file, we collect: email, KAGEDEV ID number (if your account is linked to one), first and last name, country of residence, education level, target language, availability, and any documents you upload (ID, diplomas, etc.). For authentication, we store a password protected by hashing (argon2id): it is never stored or accessible in plain text, including by our staff. Each login is additionally confirmed by a one-time verification code sent by email (two-factor authentication).

Purpose and legal basis

This data is processed on the basis of your consent, for the sole purpose of building and following up on your professional mobility file to Germany. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Your data is kept for the period necessary to follow up on your file, and for a maximum of 30 days after the end of the service or the closing of your file.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as a right to object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@campus-allemagne.org.
